I’ve spent the last few weeks trying to get over the fact that it’s November, and almost the end of the year. In a desperate sprint to the finish line, I think that we all hit a point where we acknowledge complete disbelief that the year is coming to an end and another time cycle is starting. Year-ends often mark the end of projects, new plans for the future and an onslaught of self-critical mental notes on how the previous year played out. Maybe I’m just speaking for myself…
In planning for the coming year, I came across a blog written by social media guru Chris Brogan on why we need to fire our inner critic and hire an inner coach instead.
